1) "How to Fly a Plane" by Nick Barnard c2007. New. Beautifully illustrated book with 120 color photographs explaining aerodynamics, how to fly a plane, and contact information to flight schools. $20.00
OOPS, the image is rather large I'll try to reduce it later, the actual book is only about 7" x 9"
2) “Where Hell Freezes Over” by David A. Kearns, son of the pilot. New. $24.00 (each)
This is the true story of a Navy flight crew in late 1946, assigned to photograph Antarctica, who fly into a whiteout and crash into a mountain. Three of the crew die in the crash, the remaining nine who are seriously injured struggle for survival for 13 days with only the broken fuselage of their plane for shelter and very little food.
