Quality Wings 757 Paint Request

I've personally had a go on repainting this aircraft but since with my lack of photoshop skills I barely can get a stripe to be at all nice looking. I'm requesting a repaint of " N757SS " for the Quality Wings 757.

I also have no idea how to even use the .psd paint kit. I can paint on it, but how to cut it, mirror it for both sides and everything like that - I'm lost. Have you since found a tutorial?
