I would like just airport ground traffic. ie) aircrafts at jetway, taxing, possibly if can be interacting with ATC. BUT I don't want it to create air traffic while I am flying. That seems to hurt the frame rate as it did with MyTrafficX. I was told to check out WOAI but not sure which add on I am looking for.

Frame rates are hurt by adding polygons to your flight sim world. Any model - AI aircraft, ground vehicles, detailed airports - will add polygons and take more processing and graphics power.
WoAI packages are real world airlines flying near real world schedules. The individual package might be a bit dated in a few cases, but it has a basis in reality.
MyTraffic is a full package, where is WoA is one airline at a time. And some airlines are not available because WoA does not have permission to use some AI models.
For example.
KATL with MyTraffic will have Delta, and Delta Connection regional partners such as Atlantic Southeast, ExpressJet, Comair, Pinnacle, Freedom and Shuttle America.
WoA only has a Delta package available right now. They do not have permission for the necessary models for all the regional partners.
So in that case, you will see a much lower volume of traffic at KATL - and a corresponding better FPS rate with WoA than with MyTraffic.
WoA models are the best AI models available, however, they do have a few more polygons than the MyTraffic models. The difference visually is noticable - the WoA aircraft make the MyTraffic ones look like cartoons. But the better models do come at a price - more polygons and more resources needed to display them.
You did not mention where you fly. Some parts of the world will have almost no traffic with WoAI.
Some airports - KATL, EGLL, KLAX, KJFK - have such heavy traffic volumes that any AI will stress most systems in FSX.
Because not only is your one airport very busy and taking resources, but all the airports in about a 120 nm radius are also very busy.
You could use scenery design programs to create airports with static aircraft models. However, that would mean no aircraft taxi on the ground.
You cannot have AI aircraft moving on an airport and not flying. FSX does not work that way.
I assume you moved the AI % slider to higher and lower levels and was unable to find a good balance with MyTraffic.
I strongly recommend WoAI as the best AI. Even if you have a commercial product like MyTraffic, WoAI will greatly enhance your FSX world. Just unselect the airlines which WoAI produces so that MyTraffic does not fly them, and use MyTraffic for the ones which WoAI does not have available.

Thank you Reggie for the information. I uninstalled MyTrafficX. I installed the WoAI installer but don't know which packages to install. I am 99% of the time flying Air Hauler and I use KACY, KBDL, KMLI, KPWM as the airports I am in and out all the time. I can deal with air traffic just as long as it is not seriously killing my flying experience (choppy). What would you recommend from WoAI to use?

I installed the UPS WoAI add on using the installer. Everything went successful, will that now add UPS to the airports it lists?

The UPS package includes flights into KBDL only of the four airports you listed. I see 28 arrivals/ departures at KBDL in the WoA UPS flight plans - one B763, nine A300-600 and the rest B752 flights. Most aircraft stay on the ground less than two hours. Most activity is mid-week - barely anything on Friday or the weekends. The schedule is below with arrival times and departures - listed in UTC. The days of the week are FSX setting 0-Monday, 1-Tuesday, etc..

Where did you find that information? On the WoAI site? I installed a few more that go into the other air ports. Flying into BDL now so we shall see.

Thank you guys for the help! I now see UPS as AI traffic and doesn't really hurt the frame rate. Thakn you Reggie for your indepth info regarding AI traffic!! Thank you JS for the AI schedule.

On the WOAI site they have a feature which allows you to check the airort to ee what airline packages they ahve to fly their. Just click the WAOI airports tab and type in th icao code.
