Does anyone have comments on this plane? Does it have both ADF and VOR? Just curious as I have been flying the Kodiak, and I have been thinking it might be good for me to learn how to "Really fly" but not following the GPS, but using nav-aids on my RTW flight. just curious on how easy they are to fly and if the 172 and 182 have the ADF which I will need in the RTW navigation. :)

If you really want to fly use the compass and a timer. I have both and they do have enough gauges for VOR flights.

I am flying Carenado's Cessna 152 for the past week now. It does have VOR and ADF. So does the 172 and 182.

I haven't flown Carenado's 172 or 182 but I am seriously considiring the 172 next.

Their 152 is a quality add-on and the closest thing to the real thing I have ever flown in FSX.

They have both VOR and ADF. But be aware the 172 VOR does not have glideslope (although you can change it easily enough by editing the panel.cfg)
