Reload problem

XPS Dell, 2MB Ram With ATI Radion 9800. Operating OK with all ADDONS since 2004. Had a problem and had to reload FS Terrain, FScene with all updates. Everything loads OK, but nothing changes in FS2004??????? I noticed that the last 10 scenery addons that I continue to put in are always missing when I do the reload. The FS9 scenery file still shows them all others that I added. All Airport Scenery shows in the addon scenery, but only default when I go there. The biggest thing is FS Terrain does not change the mesh. It loads OK, but still shows the default scenery. I updated my ATI 9800 to see If that would help and it did one time. But after I put my addons back in a second time FS9 shows still only the default scenery?????????
