Helicopter Realism - FSX vs X-Plane 9

I am interested in building a helicopter sim and I'm researching which of these two provides a more realistic flight model for helicopters.

Id say its the best for all the above at the current time - be good when the apache addon comes out too

I have to agree with Crowbar, Black Shark is definitely the most accurate portrayal of a helicopter. Although you are stuck in a military simulation....
