Backing Up Outlook?

Not really FS related... but can anyone tell me where the setting, files and folders for Outlook are stored within WinXP? I want to backup my addresses and saved messages. Thanks!!!

C:\Documents and settings\"user name"\Application data\Microsoft\Outlook

"user name" being your log in name

Just thinking about what you were asking, just open Outlook.
Goto File/ import-export....

You can back up that way ....

It's difficult to get to John-Paul, no doubt for security
reasons. But when you find the folder, it has the option
to rename the folder to an easier place to find.
I relocated mine in My Documents. I then burn old mail
on to a disk.
