-Lock On: Modern Air Combat (LOMAC), has the F-15, A-10, Mig-29, SU-25, SU-27, and SU-33 and is a very fun and beautiful combat sim. I believe you can buy it in a jewel case for around $9.99 these days. I highly recommend it if you have the time to spend on it.
-Falcon 4.0 covers only the F-16 (hence the name of the program), and very accurately models it, even down the almost every individual switch in the cockpit. There is a newer version out with updated graphics (not on par with LOMAC but they are still okay) that you can buy for around $19.99 via digital download.
-The Wings over Israel/Europe series of games allows you to fly multiple types of aircraft, too many in fact to list.
-Fighter Ops is as yet unrealeased sim that will allow you to fly multiple jets, what they are is unknown at the current time.
-FSX and FS9 have many downloadable military aircraft (FSX Acceleration has an F-18), but they do not model weapons or weapons systems, so doing anything other than flying is out with these.

This link at Amazon has it for less than $5 shipped!
http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B000066641/ref=pd_bbs_sr_olp_1?ie=UTF8&s=videogames&qid=1232956738&sr=8-1
If the link doesn't work, I just searched for Lock On Modern Air Combat from the Amazon Home Page and selected the first product on the search list.
The above is a killer price for such a good sim, just make sure you get the latest official patch for the game to get rid of a few annoying bugs that were in the initial release.

Congrats, I hope you enjoy it.
Remember to download any patches that aren't already included with the version you bought, it's essential to having the best experience and avoiding any bugs.
