FlyBe Flight 302 - Jersey To Exeter - Dash 8

Join me for this beautiful early morning, short hop from Jersey to Exeter on the South Coast of England. How do they make any money on these short flights? FlyBe have lots of flights like this. Flight time on their website for this flight was 45 minutes - we did it block to block in about 30.

8) There is some early morning low sea cloud and fog along the coast but it won't affect our approach...

Beautiful Dash 8. I have been looking for a freeware Dash 8 with a nice VC in it and good prop animation. Yes I have tried some that were nice, but always found something I didn't like about them.

About breakfast, do they have any Waffle Houses in England?

Thanks very much Andrei! Yes it is the Q400. I hear them coming into Birmingham on the radio - they call them "Dash Delta" when they check in. For example "Jersey 302 - we are a dash delta with information foxtrot..." I don't know why. Anyone?

Thanks Mike - this is just the dreamwings freeware Dash 8. It has no V/C or 2d panel with it. I just use a default A/C panel.

No we don't have waffle houses here! Sorry!!

Florain - this flight (45 minutes long) according to the flybe website costs £114.

It is almost as the same price to hire a Cessna 172 or PA28 at the Coventry flying club for an hour!!!! :eek:
