Jimmy Martin has put out several Worship Island sceneries for the Caribbean. And just yesterday, someone upload a file named mdsd2002, which is supposedly the most important airport in the Caribbean basin. I haven't installed it yet, I'll be flying there today. That should give you a start.

Hi :)

You might just be in luck :) I saw this link posted on the Avzim.com a week or two ago, and they are very close to releasing TJSJ airport (San Juan) :) There are also plans to cover other airports in the Caribbean. Check out their link:

Do some searches here and at avsim.

You will find sceneries for:

Aruba
Caracas (Maiquetia)
Barcelona
Santa Margarita del Caraibe
St Maarten
Barbados (Complicated installation though)
Santo Domingo (Las Americas)
Jamaica
Bahamas, Eleuthera etc (again complicated installation).

Some of the default sceneries are not bad. Try a flight
from Fort de France (Le Lamentin) to Point à Pitre (Le Raizet)
under IFR. Guaranteed you'll "sweat a droplet or two". The
terrain is definetly there.

Good luck, John Hamilton - Los Angeles.

LAST EDITED ON Apr-24-02 AT 09:48PM (EDT)[p]Hi MD83,

Been to that site and now I regularly check up on it! This San Juan 2002 just looks phenomenal! Can't wait for them to release it... And if the rest of the Caribbean airports they create are to be done with such detail, I can only drool thinking about it!

ps. I think you have the URL mispelled.. Here is the correct url: http://www.airpuertorico.net/omp
