There was grieving here in the Flight Sim community, for sure. Am recalling how sad a lot of us were... & are. Especially with how sneaky & cowardly it was destroyed.

Actually, it's an add-on scenery. I'm from the Chicago area, and yes it's a terrible shame now that it's nothing more than a botanical garden. I'm sure the landing fee's could have gone towards these damn Olympics or even the O'hare expansion instead of plucking it from the already hurting airlines. God knows if it were still around I'd be flying there with some friends to go check out the museums or go shopping, or even a Bears game! DA BEARS! I did snap some shots on some skyline tours I did with my friends; man sometimes I get the urge to just land there....
