I just bought and downloaded FS Flight school and when I try to execute the program I am told that "WINDOWS CANNOT ACCESS THE FILE...YOU MAY NOT HAVE THE APPROPRIATE PERMISSION TO ACESS THE ITEM"

I thought I was in the system as the Administer user, but maybe not. How do I change this in Vista, anybody know?

Thanks so much

Jack

Try this:

Right-click on program and choose "Run as Administrator". To skip this step each time you run the program, right-click on program and under properties, compatibility tab, check box that says "Run this program as an administrator".

The only other way to completely remove these messages is to turn off User Access Control, but I wouldn't recommend that.
