View Full Version : Looking for help with Captain Sim Products

I have been a simmer for many years, and I own quite a few Captain Sim AC. Problem is they seem to be a bit difficult to work with. If any one knows how to contact them I would appreciate it. I have all my order numbers, I can go to my download links. I just cant reinstall any of my products. There seems to be a serious communication problem there. I contact customer support and just recieve auto response that has no usable info.

Brian, I hear you and have the same problem with installling their products. I cannot get my YAK-3 activated, and when I tried to leave a message online in their contact area, I get this auto response:
"Dear Fragmentum,
Your Message has been Submitted.
Captain Sim Support staff is out of office till the 8th of January '08.
All inquires will be processed after the 8th of May. We are sorry for inconvenience the delay may cause.
Thank you,
Captain Sim Team
Got to be a better way of getting through to them....

you have to realise that after they get back from their Christmas vacations early January they do require some time to get reacquainted with their colleagues, their job, the view from the office window, etc. etc.
That can very well take a few months (or in this case, years) :D
