I only have FSX and only downloaded my first add-on. it is an imperial star destroyer. It's on this site's file library if you search star destroyer in "FSX other aircraft." Now, i've followed how to install it, but when I start up the game, it isn't there. Could there be a problem because I have FSX on the
H drive? assistance please.

Hi and Welcome!
I just downloaded and installed the Star Destroyer and it shows up properly for me.
A couple of thoughts:
Be sure you downloaded the FSX version and not the FS2004 version.
I unzipped the package to a TEMP folder first and the Copied the resulting Folder which is named stardestroyer and Pasted into my airplane folder which is located here:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes
I should not matter if you have your FSX on another drive letter - just be sure the star destroyer ended up in the correct folder.
When I went to Select the "aircraft", I limited the selection to Legacy types and it showed up there.
Andy Johnston creates some very interesting, fun and often offbeat offerrings - this is no exception.
Hope this helps.
