I connected to keyboards at the same time, one runnign over the normal keyboard port, and the other running over the USB port using a converter. However, both keyboards give the same commands. even if i turn on the caps lock lihght in one it'll also turn on on the other. How can i sepparatly adress them??

Just wondering why you have two keyboards on one computer?

He's got 2 hands, hasn't he? Do you have a friend who operates the joystick and mouse for you when you are using both keyboards?

Actually I think this is a good question, could certainly be useful to give you twice as many buttons if you're building a cheap cockpit.
I'd certainly use two keyboards, one butchered and one normal so that I wouldn't have to keep swapping the plugs.

You can't, unless you write your own keyboard device driver for WIndows.

This is handy if you want to deface the second board and identify keys with FS commands.:-cool

Try checking the "Cockpit Builders" forum ... I think they have a forum like that here. They'll probably have more tips for you over there.
