True!...But there is rather more wrong than that :)

Hi Peter,

Very odd ! The pilot's missing and the fuel caps open, yet the aircraft is flying. Normally these can only be done on the ground and prevent the engines from running !

I always knew you were a fantastic pilot, but it seems you've excelled yourself !

Cheers,

Alastair

I'm kinda reminded of the old joke about the Baron pilot that had to go REALLY bad....

Well Bud got the answer...Here is the sequence of events as it happened:-

Here I am flying my user aircraft "Little Bandit" into Princess Juliana airport.

Approaching touchdown.

Plonk! on the keyboard.

When I turned off, I noticed that the OAT was 30C so I opened the DV window.

When I taxied in, I parked next to the special AI version of my Baron...I gave this aircraft away in one of my AI Traffic packages as a special "Easter Egg" for Dreamfleet Baron owners...It could not work for anyone else!...Anyway, I got out to admire the Baron and noticed that its DV window was open and...

...the pilot was out and the fuel caps were open.

So the config control panel on my A36 Bonanza had also operated the mechanisms on the AI Bonanza and that was how it was done...If you think that was bad...

...how about...

...these...

Hi Peter,

Aha !! The mystery is revealed !

I assume that the tie-down weights fell off of their own accord - either that or you used the services of one of the Stearman wing-walking teams to formate with your pilotless plane and remove them ...

Nope! Alastair...I just called up SHFT+8 and put the pilot back and buttoned things up and...

Air conditioning really comes in handy in those sort of places :)
