Stay where your at..

After making up a flight plan the a\c is deposited on the Rwy Button of the departure airport. Does anyone have the location of the patch or file that leaves the a\c on the tarmac, gate or position of the a\c when the plan was made ?

"Stay where your at and we'll come where your to" was the motto for RCAF 103 SAR Detachment in Newfoundland, in 1950. We had a Canso and a Norseman and lots of work.

use fsuipc, then select the "no reposition on gps plan load" option. (modules, fsuipc, technical tab)

You can specify a starting location on the airport in the airport menu. After you select on airport there's an option (at the lower left part of the menu) to select from several runway, gate, or ramp locations.
