Hi.
I would like to make a scenery file of around my house, problem is my house is on a hill(well, ok, it's my dads house and we live in Georgia, which means hills are everywhere:)).I've looked at the area around my house and it's not portrayed very well. I want it to look good, which in this case means I need some program to manipulate terrain mesh. If someone could point me in the right direction I would be gratefull. Oh yeah, I guess it's important that you know that this would be for fs2002.

Thanks in advance

Well for the moment I"m just trying to wrap my head around all the stuff in general so I thought I'd stick with fs2002,(If fs2004 is fs9 than fs2002 ought to be fs8) because its the only simulator I can run on my own computer.
Probably once I've got the computer and the know how I'll switch to something a little more updated.

Well that makes it a bit more difficult since most new tools work with FS9 or FSX. I just did a google search for mesh design 2002 and came up with a lot of hits. I would also have a look at www.scenery.org (http://www.scenery.org) and the tutorial section since that may also have some information on how to work with mesh in FS2002.

thanks for the help.
I'll look and see what I can find in their tutorial sections.
Oh if I only had a dvd drive for fs9!
