remove files fron system

Hi there,, I can not remove 7or8 files from the system reg. its the only place they are in now but they will not let me delete them,, the files are about a program called CH control mgr. this program is used by a lot of simmers,,please help best regards and thanks in advance,,,Jerry

Hi,

The system registry holds no files, only data. Use a registry cleaner to clean these up, but know what you are doing first.

If they are actual files on your system, then boot in Safe Mode and then remove.

If JSkorna's suggestion doesn't work for you, let me know and, if you're willing, I'll do surgery on your registry by hand myself using a remote access program (after first backing up the registry using System Restore).
