where can i find gmax, also is it free, and if i make something with gmax am i allowed to sell it

It's on the CDs/DVDs.

If you can make something good enough that people want to pay for it, you can sell it.

I don't think gmax is on the DVD anymore. It used to be back in FS2004 days.

You have to download it from turbo squid

Be sure to install the updates to gmax too. Then install the FSX gmax gamepack (that does come with the SDK, which *is* on the FSX DVD) as per the instructions in the SDK documentation.

It is in the FSX RTM SDK - but if you have installed the SP1A or SP2 SDK updates it won't be.

You will need the FS9 or FSX SDK's as well...
