Can't delete .DLL file!! plz help plz!

Hello.

I didn't know that I have to stall the PMDG before the PMDG 747. Now my PMDGOptions.DLL is all messed up. First of all, its completely empty. Second of all, I can't do anything. My access keeps getting denied. Can't rename, move, no nothing. I tried reinstalling, I'm waiting on support but it's taking a while. Please soemone help. How can I delete this dam file?

Hi Eric,
Generally, when you install something that has .dll files, like your ainti virus updates, or other updates that change the dll's, you must restart. Upon restarting the .dll file is 'registered' so it will function properly.
