Quit watering the grass??? :D

You can change either by making use of a different land class texture call or by placing a textured polygon over the area. If it's a large area, making the land class change would be the best approach.

Anticipating your next question.... SBuilderX or FSX KML would be the tools to do this in FSX. Other tools would be used if this were for FS9.
