I am interested in obtaining a 737-200 model that has been well replicated and functions well in FS2004. I remember from the past that there were some compatibility problems when it came to installing the proper panel for this aircraft.

Any information and direction that someone can give me as to where I can obtain such a plane, along with recommendations for the appropriate panel, that will function without issues, would be most appreciated.

Thank you,

Kevin

The Vistaliners B737-200 married with the Richard Probst panel is very nice. The panel has been developed, with a new model of the -200, as the 'TinMouse II' which may be in the FlightSim library. If not, you can pick it up over at AVSIM where there is also a support forum.

yes, the tinmouseII is an A+ simulation ... and freeware!

this is the support forum (contains links to the aircraft/panel downloads) -

You might also try petitioning CLS to bring us a 737-200. From the looks of their 742 there's no doubt they'll do an outstanding job. Right now the going thing over there is an L1011 which has already been done by Aerosim... Here's a link to their forum, maybe a few more voices for the 7372 would help their decision on the next project:
