There is no specific place, but you can open threads in the forums specifically for the games you want the repaints for, or you can even try sim-outhouse.com if it's a military aircraft.

We're glad you decided to join; welcome!!

Unless it is a paint that would appeal to a group of people you
may have a problem finding someone to do it!!

Not many want to spend the time, and it takes a lot of time, to
do a one off paint!!

It may be time for you to learn to do them!! It is not that hard!!
If I can do it, Dumb Blond, anyone can!!

If you are using FS9, I can give you some help!! If you have "X",
read my siggie!!

There are tuts to get you started as well!! You can use any paint
program you are comfortable with!! The needed conversion soft-
ware is free!!

One thing, you need to learn the limitations of the aircraft you
want to do, mapping, where the textures go, determines what
you can do!!

Some use mirroring, you only do one side, and the other side
is a mirror image of that, letters will be reversed!!

This was my first real repaint:

Then this one:

Then I got brave:,, We own this plane BTW!!

My latest:,, this took several weeks!!

And you can always find help at the Aircraft Design forum.

To get started, you'll need a good image editor( although Paint will do to start) and a program called DXTBmp. This can convert the FS textures to a format image editors can understand. I think it's on the file libraries here...
