It has happened in the past where a pilot has suffered a seizure or heart attack, and a passenger had to land... It's amazing what we humans can do when the alternative is death.

Please, somebody lock this! We did this a few weeks ago. Summary of the discussion:

It is POSSIBLE, that a logical person, guided by ATC, MIGHT be able to land a plane in PERFECT weather conditions. But otherwise, assume crash position.

I was just pointing out that it is being shown in the UK for the first time Thursday, not a debate about whether it is possible.
Pardon me for breathing.

potbelly,

Don't let the snipers get to you ...

Some people have a need to try to build themselves up by tearing other people down. It's a fact of forum life though not pleasant when you run into it.

WOW haha,

Talk about your ironic remarks! Whew!

Excuse me I have to go in the other room until the laughter subsides.

Mike posted that!

Oh lordy... hehe, can't .... breathe... laughter..... killing..... me...

Actually, Kurtvw, this time I was referring to somebody else. He knows who he is. But if you're feeling lonely, please feel free to lump yourself in with him.

And now, my having pushed back, I'll give you the last word to break your stalking cycle, just as I did in the other thread. It's my new policy. This way it will be only you who makes a fool of himself.

It had nothing to do with who you were pointing it at, in fact I didn't assume it was me. Beating people down for self-empowerment is not my M.O.

What was funny about it was who posted the remark, not who it was directed at.

This would be the other thread where you jumped in assuming I was talking about you even though you had no reason to think that and the 'sub-thread' you started was deleted by a moderator when I pointed it out to him?

Yeah, you certainly took the high-ground or didn't.

Sorry I took so long getting back here to stroke your ego. I seriously did have to take a minute to stop laughing.
