We are in the planning stages of building a motion based flight simulator based upon the design of "SimCraft.com" with many modifications. We plan to use MSFS2002, CFS2 as primary software with saitek X45 HOTAS, Thrustmaster Rudder Petals, and will incorporate multiple monitors (all lcd, found a great source) to give us "peripheral" vision and because of there light weight. Looking to also use Epic card and various switches, com stacks as well.

Any experience anyone has in building a motion based sim or the above or other components will be greatly appreciated.

Happy Flying,
Bill

Yes, but mine should cost about $1500 when I am done (plus the extra CPU's for FullView". And the software from SimCraft is supposed to provide real accurate motion cues, as in not getting air sick LOL
