Hangar tales is based on the virtual worlds of The Old Hangar and Phoenix
Flight Service. The field is located on the Ohio and Indiana border.
It consist of a control tower with full nav and comms and a 4500ft grass
strip that runs southwest to northeast and a 10,000ft concrete runway running
east to west. All are connected by concrete taxi ways.
The owners/bosses are Curt May/aka Mutt at Phoenix Flight Service and
Christopher Tarana aka. Snoopy at The Old Hangar.
The aircraft are either part of the "what if"fleet or some of the others
that are located at the Old Hangar or here at Flightsim.com .
The rest of the characters are made of fellow members here at Flightsim.com
and are added as the continuing saga grows. Please enjoy the chapters as they
are posted and who knows,you may become part of the saga. If you wish you may
print them for your own use,but they do belong to me so don't try to publish
them for money.
The current "staff" is.....shall we say ...quite colorful and is in no way
meant to be equal to real aviation in anyway shape or form,so if you are
thinking of being critical...don't bother as they are meant for fun and
enjoyment and for those who like fun and light hearted adventures,not those who
take flightsimming so seriously that if one little iota is outta wack then you
just blew it.
I do hope that those who read them get a kick out of them and a
laugh,because that's what they are meant for....nothing else.
