Re: screwing around with a/c textures

hey all!

i'm just wandering, is there a way to get a/c textures and change the colors a
bit, just to fool around. i'd like to see my P51 with my name on it somehow.

any suggestions?

I don't have CFS yet, but over the weekend I downloaded the "special"
P 51 from the Zone just so I'd have it if my copy of CFS ever decides
to show up. I unzipped it and noticed the aircraft textures are bitmaps!
Should be as easy as editing them with a paint program and saving what
you did. At least I'd think so... Back up the original stuff before
you start to play around, though! :-)
