Installing to Disk

I read a review on MSCFS that said Combat Flight Sim could be installed to disk
so the CD wouldn't be required ( like Flight Sim) but so far no matter how I
install it I always get asked for the CD at startup.I've tried both typical &
custom install but always get the 'insert MSCFS CD' message. What am I doing
wrong? I've noticed that when I select Custom Install the GAME part is blacked
out so I'm assuming it get's installed anyway.
