After reading and experiencing the install problems with CFS, here's what
worked for me: via the properties menu for the cdrom, reset the supplemental
cache to small and optimize the access pattern for single speed drive (my
computer / properties / performance / file system / cd rom ....)
Remember to reset the drive when done. Cheers - Tom.
