Being in England I have to wait until 13th Nov to get CFS, so I have a couple
of questions about it........

Are there any ground targets i.e troops, buildings, ships etc?

If so are they destroyable and do the levels of damage show?

Can ground stuff be imported from FSxx and or built?

Dick, the answer is yes. There are trains to strafe, airfields, buildings
and ships. Scenery can be imported but there are no files available yet
for building.

Dick...Here goes;

Ground targets - yes, I haven't seen any troops, but there are trains, E-boats
and gunboats, military installations like gun emplacements etc.

Levels of damage - yes and no. Strafing the gunboats displays puffs of smoke
from cannon and machine gun hits. The boats will explode in great fireballs. I
can't detect much damage except on my own aircraft when I'm hit - holes and
such appear.

Importing - yes. Anything compatible with FS98 can be imported. No conversions
necessary. Scenery, buildings etc can just be referenced in place in the FS98
directory. I know imported aircraft can explode - I'm not sure about buildings
and such.

Take a look at the MS CFS page. There sure are, Trains, trucks, tanks, AAA, not
sure about troops. Take a look at there page has pictures of the enemy ground
infaltry.

I don't have CFS yet either, but I will be. If you go to the misrosoft FS
page (http://www.microsoft.com/games/fsim) and click on the MCFS link, you will
go to the CFS page. Pick "visuals" in the left frame and click go. Choose a
catagory. These look sooooo fun and they're of great quality!
