Well, looks like MS has put out another product that needs a can of Raid.

I've had it up to here with software companies putting out buggy products.
The Justice Dept should be investigating MS for releasing buggy and crappy
softwware instead.
Those of you who have been unable to run CFS can take comfort in the fact

that Microprose's European Air War hits the shelves next week, Yeah!!! In the
mean time, we can improve out rusty dog fighting skills by reloading
1942-Pacific Air War or better yet, Secret Weapons Of The Luftwaffe <G> Hey, SWOTL

was revolutionary for its time, it stayed on my hd from 1991 until 1994, how
many games today can claim a 3 year stay on a HD?

PS. PBS is airing old Reddwarf episodes with "revamped" special FX

Dave...I don't disagree with you, but in all fairness, I think what happened
here is a bad production batch of CD's. I can testify that the program runs
flawlessly. I cannot find a single bug. I believe the manufacturers need to
re-think their decision to use some of these CD protection schemes designed to
prevent DVD owners from making pirate copies. Who knows? Maybe that is the bug
that bit here. But make no mistake about it, if you can get CFS loaded, it is
magnificent - IMHO.

Bully, Old Boy! Self kept SWOTL on for a little longer and have wondered when
Microprose would come up with a Win95/98 version of AOP and AOE. Am bloody glad
they are coming out with a new product. They understand combat simulation.
Shall get it right away. Thanks, chum.

I'm affraid I have to agree with Pete, sounds like just a bad batch of CD's. I
got my copy from an EB here in NJ, and it installed and runs without any
problems at all.
