I am having problems when I down load any milatary jets i.e. F15-16. The
download goes fine and the file shows up in the aircraft directory but they do
not show up in the aircraft menu in fs98. all other types of plane seem to work
fine . any help would be greatly welcomed.
Did you delete or rename the default Lear 45 in anyway? (Jab, Aircraft Hangar,
Etc??)

I did install an ad on program Co-pilot that I think modified th Lear 45 panel.
Could this be causing my problems?

For some reason the lear 45 is no longer in my aircraft file. I did not delete
it to my knowlage.
Can this be the cause of my problems?

It could. Basically all small jets will use either the lear panel or
the lear sound files by default. You may need to find out what changes
the Co-pilot program made to the panel. Alternatively you can do what
I did and set up a bunch of dummy aircraft folders that I call cockpits.
For instance, I have the following folders in my aircraft folder:
B737-200 Cockpit-
\Sound
\Panel
B737-300 Cockpit-
\Sound
\Panel
B737-400 Cockpit-
\Sound
\Panel
Etc.
Each of which has only a panel and sound sub-folder containing the
proper panel and sounds for each version, nothing else. That why if I install
a new Boeing B737-300 all I have to do is change the config files to read
alias=B737-300 cockpit/sound and B737-300 Cockpit/panel and I'm set to fly.

Yes, email me at tarana@kiva.net and I'll send you a fresh copy of
my Lear45.

I reinstalled fs98 and everything seems to be working fine now that the lear 45
is back in the aircraft folder .
Thank You very much for your help and advise.
