I downloaded and installed a Twin Otter. When I try to use the plane FS comes
up with the single engine default panel. Only the left engine will run on the
otter. How do I get both engines to go or use a panel with two trottles. I've
had this problem with all twin engine planes I have. Won't fly with only one
engine.

Basically, FS4 has only one panel for a single engine plane.
