I can't run FS4 because I missing a file call forgein.fs4 and for some
reason it is not on my disks. So anyone please HELPPPPPPP!.
Do you still need it b/c I have it if you still need it.

I have 'Foreign.FS4'. If that's what you need; check the spelling.
