Is there a program out there (Not Flight Shop) that allows you to choose a
certain non flightshop plane and load up its own sound and panelwith out
changeing the other aircraft's panels or sounds and with out leaveing FS5 to
change file names and stuff. (i.e. A 747 with it own panel and sound and the
learjet with it's own panel and soundwhen you choose seletct aircraft from File
menu)

'Fraid not! All versions of FS before FS98 had some concept of panels and
sounds being a feature of classes of plane, rather than actual planes.
Some tools (I think panman is one) allow you to pick the plane you will fly
before you start FS5, and then select the right panel for it. So you say you
want a 747, then for that session in FS5 all jets will have 747 panels.
