This is the "missing file" diagnostic when you try to use a
Flight Simulator Flight Shop plane without having FSFS on your
system. It's only one of many files that are part of FSFS. I don't
know for sure, but suspect you need more than this one file to use
the planes; you need FSFS. And it's commercial software, which isn't to
be uploaded/downloaded/shared; it's bought and registered.
