1. Learfan info - no idea

2. FAA page for aircraft information (Type Certificate Data)

.airweb.faa.gov/Regulatory_and_Guidance_Library/rghtml.nsf/htmlmedia/index.html

3. tha basic AF99 documentation is a "small" manual giving you the basics.
For more tutorials, etc., check this site out (search under AF99 tutorials) or
(blatant plug warning)

Freeflight Design Shop - http://www.freeflightdesign.com
Captain Slug's site - http://simflight.com/cs/rookies/
Mike Hill's site - http://www.flightsimnetwork.com/mikehill/

These three sites (among others) are excellent sources of tips, tutorials, and
source files for you to modify, experiment, and see how it's all put together.

While the hobby is moving to programs like FSDS, I don't think AF99 is "dead".
I still use it (mostly for repainting, with Visual Aircraft Studio) but I also
recently acquired a used original CD and manual of FS Flight Shop!

Looking for data on the Learfan 2100, if anyone has basic design data for this
airframe, I would appreciate it (or being pointed in the right direction to
find it).

A while back, someone mentioned an FAA website as a source for aircraft
information, if that website is still up and running, may I get the URL for it?

Last, and certainly least: I recently purchased a used copy of AF99. There
was just one small manual/pamphlet included as documentation. Is that all that

came with it originally, or do I need to contact Abacus to get replacement
documentation?

Thanks,

TD

TD,
AF99 and for that matter AF5 came with little in the way of documentation.
There are tutorial sites which will help you a lot. I'd try
www.freeflightdesign.com and check their AF99 tutorials out.
