My $0.02 - I don't think it would be practical since more often than not,
fuselages (even teh "square" ones, as in early aircraft, etc.) have their
"softened" edges.

Has a square tube, (for making fuselages) instead of a round
tube, been tried in FSDS? Or do any of you think it would be practical?.

Ok, I guess i wondering if you could use both, in the program for
those that would like to use the square one? What would that do to the program?

It seams to me anyway that it would be easyer to round the edges using the
square tube, than it would be to square the edges using the round tube.
Im thinking i could use a square tube for the aft part of the fuse and use a
round tube for the engine cowling.Things like that.
Thanks,, i was just wondering.

As a work around - remember you can make your own "square" 1-section tube in
your usual sizes (16,32, etc points per section) and save it as a spare part.

It's useful to have a "parts bin" folder for those "special" parts that you use
often.

Right, I'll make my own square tube and save it in the spare parts
folder. Just thought that it might be easier if the square tube was already
avilable when needed.
I'm just lazy i guess.
