Can you be a bit more specific?
#1 - What do you offer that's so special that designers who already have more
projects than they can resonably finish in short order should drop everything
and rush to your call?
#2 - What will be YOUR contribution to such a group? Will you be the head
honcho, giving out the orders and the projects, and taking credit for the
results of YOUR design group?
Don't get me wrong, you may very well have a great idea with which to gather
and hold a manageable group of designers, and you may be quite a designer
yourself. It's the "advertising" that doesn't quite reach out (to me at
least).
Unfortunately, this sounds too much like the hand-written signs on the side of
the road "If you want to improve yourself, call (xxx) xxx-xxxx"
(Personally, I hope it isn't a proposal for building/repainting aircraft for a
new "best in the world" VA.
Otherwise the question, when you consider it is posted in the Aircraft Design
Forum, answers itself. The vast majority of the readers/contributors to this
Forum want to make - and are already making- aircraft.
