Re: How can one make taxi-lines in APT 2.60???

Just wondering if anyone knows hoe to make taxiway centerlines in APT 2.60. I
have tried in vain and cannot manage to get any.

Hi,
this is a little problem... I solved it this way:
- I made a polygon with appropriate texture and taxiway lightning at the side
- then I put the road with a texture of a yellow line and transparent
surrounding. I got better results with the texture used for polygon and a
yellow line drawn in the middle of it. Everything is transparent except yellow
line.
- the last thing was a line which has green light only at night.
A bit complicated but it works. And I really hope that FSSC (which I am using
now) and Airport will have a way to combine all these steps together.
With default centreline in FSSC You can simply get the centreline but it is too
thin on every setting of line width, and it does not show centreline lights by
night.
In Airport default centreline You can make centreline visible but the taxiway
texture is always the same and the taxiline is visible only with some settings
in FS2k.

BTW, if You are interested in my way of showing centreline, try Ljubljana-Brnik
