type mismatch error

Hi,
When I try to compile my scenery in APT, I got the following error;

Another question: I have the coordinates of my airport in a format like this
38° 17' 36.4727" N -- 27° 09' 27.5683" E. How can I enter this exact values in
APT? (section/general/reference point). I mean it says that "to be consistent
with FS2000 all lat/long is input in degrees and decimal minutes only", and
when I try to use this values, I've got a "runtime error, type mismatch"

Any suggestions, solutions?
