I think some body asked this a while ago, so try asearch for a better answer but my suggestion would be to do a screen capture (Prt Scr button to the left of scroll lock) and then open Paint or a similar program, paste the screenshot into it, then edit it (resize or whatever) and print. I haven't tried it with that particular manual, but i guess that it'd work. Somebody will hopefully have a more clever suggestion for you hopefully!

All the important flight procedure pages have a "print" button on them.

I know, I know, it'd be a lot nicer to have a pdf manual, but printing out all the printable screens only takes about 5 mins and less than 15 sheets of paper. I've found it to be worthwhile.
