Rating

hi,
every time I post in this forum my messages are marked at rating as:"you are subscribed for this thread".
How can I cancel that rating and have a normal anonymous post?

The "You Are Subscribed To This Thread" is a FLAG for YOU, so you can scan down the list of threads, and know that YOU made a post on the flagged thread. I think it's just a convenience. I suspect no one else can see the flag. Just a guess. SPOFF

I gues if you wanted us to, all subscribers could put an ignore "sandokan" in our profile. That would allow you to post whatever you want. Then we wouldnt read it and you would be anonymous.

I thought it just meant, you would be notified be E-mail if anyone replyed to the thread. All you have to do to get off is unsubscribe.

Hi,
You can't post anonomously,on the forum.
What you're seein gis that when someone posts a messag on the thread you 'subscribe to' you will be notified that something new was added.

To see your subscriptions, go to the "user CP" and on the left scroll down to Subscriptions.

I'm subscribed to this, and a few other threads and I've never gotten an eMail notifying me that the thread has been added to. Maybe the eMail is something you have to "Sign Up" for. How do you do that? SPOFF

I found it. Check the box in "User CP" under "Edit Options".

Hi, I used to subscribe to threads, but then it got irritating to keep receiving too many mails. I would check the forums anyway, so there was no need to receive an email.

Remember that sometimes your Email filters could block some subscriptions, so make sure that you allow the flightsim address to come thru.
