Changing the default compass

I'm still using FS2k4 and flying the Carenado Cessna 182 RG, but I hate their default magnetic compass. Can someone tell me please how to change that to the default magnetic compass for the FS 182 RG?

That is the gauge you require and is the default 182 compass. You either know how to place/replace a gauge or have a program to do so for you?

If you want it on screen (2D panel) all the time then just add it to the main panel and if you want a gauge that you can turn on/off then you will need to create a new window and neither is easy for a beginner. Suggest you look at the panel.cfg files for both aircraft and that might help.
