can I use that to Flight sim? any ideas? pedals for rudder?

You can use pedals as easy Ruddur pedals. It's not so realistic, but it's better than twisting joystick.

I use a force feedback racing wheel too.
I tried using the gear paddles for elevators
but found the best for me (not realistic but works)
is to use the pedals for elevators and the paddles
for left and right braking.

I know it's not like the real thing but then nor is
using a joystick to fly a cessna!

whatever works for you and enhances your flightsim
experience I say.
