Help with scenery objects and elevation

I made an AFCAD for Wilson airport in kenya and some of the taxi ways or covered by the ground do to higher elevation, and some are covered by auto gen trees. Is there a program to change the elevation and remove scenery objects. One last thing. After i finish this i would like to put these on Flightsim.com and other web sites. How do i put these files on a zip folder.

I assume you are working with FS9.

To remove the autogen trees you will need an Exclusion Rectangle.

Make sure that the elevation of the airport as given in AFCAD is a tiny bit higher than the default field. If that does not work then you will need to create a flatten covering the area of the airport. One tool that can do both of these for FS9 is SBuilder.
