Black stripe at the bottom?

Some of the aircraft addons for FS9 will work in FSX with the
exception of a black stripe at the bottom of the screen.
And, it doesn't go away after loading another aircraft.
It's almost as if the aircraft is streching the resolution out
of shape?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

No solution here, but I just wanted to say I've seen that too! Very strange. My only guess is that it is some sort of gauge.

If the following line is in your panel.cfg for those aircraft, comment it out or delete it: render_3d_window=1

Hey Larry,

I previously had this problem on several aircraft. I somehow stumbled on to the solution but, as I read the first post, couldn't remember what I had done to correct it.

I think this would be a great addition to an FSX FAQ!
