Uninstall FSUIPC4?

I put FSUIPC4 on my comp and now my framerates for some reason are cut in half now, I know a modules folder is created do i just have to erase that????

Yes,

I didinstalled V4.0 before, It did work ok.
Version 4.2 did exactly the same thing you experienced.
Did deleted all V.4.2 and installed back 4.0.

Deleting all FSUIPC will take it of. No Harm. If In doubt,just rename it and see.
If able and not done it before I recomend V4.0.
Or wait fo the next version.

It's a good utility.

I think Ill wait for the next version to come out, so far i have not had a need for it, Ill wait till an aircraft requires it
