are docking bridges ans parking marks in FSX available at all airports? or at detailed airports only?

I think they're only availaible at select Airports, not all, but not just limited to the high detail airports. If that makes sense?

As I understand it, about 1200 airports worldwide have jetways, if I remember correctly.

They can be added to any parking spot as a property of the parking spot - but at most of the default airports - they appear to be separate sceney elements.

The parking spot properties also add pushback trucks, luggage carriers and luggage loaders to parking spots.

We've really got to be able to look at the code to tell.

However, the improvement is VAST.

Indeed... it looks like they've completely revamped the scenery engine. Integration with FS2004 sceneries will be tricky.

Don't get me wrong.. I fully support jetways that move without setting NAV2 frequencies.
